Left: The Band loves to play outdoor events. This
event in in the
Manayunk section of Philadelphia drew over 75,000. Courtney
sings, Charlie behind her.

Doug jamming at the Wookey Hole Pub in Buckingham, PA.The
Wookey closed on january 1, 1997 and Something Black performed on
New Year's Eve. When the music stopped, the Wookey closed forever. The
band had performed over 60 gigs there in two years.

And what's this hairy guy doin' wid my sister?

Charlie caught in a musical reverie at the Philadelphia Folk Song
Society Spring Thing in May of 1996. This gathering of musicians spans
generations and musical styles. All of the participants are involved in
performances that last 'til dawn!
